Golden Horizons Rabbits Sold
All rabbits sold for show or breeding come with full pedigrees (unless otherwise noted), pets generally do as well. Thank you to everyone who has bought one of my rabbits.
Our first litter last spring was by Horizons Water Magic (org/black/white tri) X Horizons of Thunder (org/black/white tri). Four were kindled one was peanut and was removed. The remaining three kits are now sold. There is one broken tort buck, one lightly marked org/blk/wht tri buck and one very nicely marked orange/black/white tri buck. See the for sale page for those I am selling.
Second litter Horizons at Dusk (black/org brindle) X McLean's Rocky (Broken blue) are also all sold. There are two solid castors (doe & buck), one broken castor (buck), one broken black (doe) and one orange/black tri color (buck). All babies carry dilute genes. Babies will have partial pedigree, as the buck has a few ear numbers and weights missing!
The third litter is by Horizons Tornado (org/blk/wht tri) X Horizons Shamir "Little Bit" (choc/org/wht tri) There are two chocolate/orange/white tris and one black/orange/white tri (carries chocolate). These rabbits should be excellent. Both parents are tiny and very correct in type and fur. Dad has one leg from two shows, mom was only shown once due to me not having the time. All are also sold.
McLean's Rocky This is our new broken blue buck. He is also carries tri colors with a hidden ej gene. He will be used in both the tri lines (maybe) and the blue/broken blue/red-eyed white lines. Rocky has a few temperament issues as he is touchy about being picked up. Second picture is of him stretched out so you can see his pattern. For Sale check out the for sale page. SOLD-Victor
McLean's Katie
This senior broken blue doe is a new addition. She is an experienced brood doe and will be used to support our Blue/broken blue and red-eyed-white lines. She is a nice looking doe, and has never been shown before. Has large summer ears, but a nice short midsection. The biggest disappointment about this doe is she lacks a full pedigree, there are several weights and ear numbers missing. Second picture is her stretched out so you can see her color pattern. SOLD to Victor--good luck this summer :), I will be getting one of her offspring when she has some.
Horizons_______--org/blk harlequin junior doe out of Dusk & Rain Kindled in Spring 06. Cute little doe, very nice body. Very short midsection with nice head and ears. Price may change as kit ages. Poses very well these are her all by her self, I just set her on the towel and she sat there like this. Would work very well in a tri colored breeding program. Possible homozygous tri gene carrier. Horizons______--Junoir Black/Orange Harlequin Buck. Litter mate to the above jr. doe. out of Rain and Dusk. Very nice looking boy. I would keep him but I do not have the room for another buck. his ears will be under the size limit I promise, mom and dad's ears are approx. 2 1/2 inches long. Would make a lovely addition to a tri colored breeding program. Possible homozygous tri gene carrier. Pedigreed Congratulations Mary.
This
is my other buck, CR's Rain Storm. He is almost the same color as Merlin,
as he is also a orange/black tri. He is a very tiny buck and make great
kits.
He has a nicer top-line but is still on the slightly flat side. He doesn't relax when he is being stacked. He has a nice head too. He has some stray white hairs in his patter, has only passed this onto one of his 15 kids. Proven breeder and has had many tri and Harley kits. Broken Red: born 6/14 this little cutie has a blanket pattern and has approximately 40% color. It has both complete eye circles and a fully colored nose. It may develop a little darker under coat around its rear. Out of Athena & Merlin It also has a nice top line and isn't cow hocked. In the picture below. The dark color on the legs in the picture is just the shadows that area is clean white fur. Its fur is very nice with no long guard hairs and has good density. Buck
